We may just have to visit your little corner of the world soon.
me!coastalcutie2000https://www.blogger.com/profile/03117290642638325853noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11426373.post-60834740206106174142007-06-23T13:49:00.000-07:002007-06-23T13:49:00.000-07:00Dear Stag,I am always a day late and a dollar shor...Dear Stag,
I am always a day late and a dollar short, oh well!
I tried that plastic clay, but I just can't get into it like the ceramics. It doesn't have that luscious feel to it that the earthenware clay does. I am really tactile person, as I am sure you can relate to, being an artisan yourself. It's as much in the creation as it is the finished product. mecoastalcutie2000https://www.blogger.com/profile/03117290642638325853noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11426373.post-89592067119053285542007-06-23T12:50:00.000-07:002007-06-23T12:50:00.000-07:00Hey, come visit!!!! But the poor thing never got any use because everybody around here has got into "magic plastic" or whatever it is called. Little bars of plastercine like stuff that hardens on your oven. Comes in all sorts of colours, even semi-transparent with glitter. (ugh)

Regards, and glad you schedule freed up enough time for you to visit my blog!

stag
yusefjournal.blogspot.com

(blogger won't let me sign in this morning!)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11426373.post-69102550385689670762007-06-22T11:19:00.000-07:002007-06-22T11:19:00.000-07:00Thanks for the comments. I was beginning to think no one loved me anymore, hahaha.

I am looking into another type of clay that I can do without a kiln, we shall see. I really love ceramics, and that is what I would like to do. This kiln thing is a real bummer.coastalcutie2000https://www.blogger.com/profile/03117290642638325853noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11426373.post-83546534374239063302007-06-18T04:50:00.000-07:002007-06-18T04:50:00.000-07:00No 12 step! I get very little done with unplanned, relaxed time!!! I hope to change that this sumemr with a lot of planning and a lot of lists!

there must be a kiln in your area that could be used!
