Pulled Pork Recipe

I just found the most fabulous recipe for pulled pork! Thank you Bread and Honey for this heavenly feast. It is to die for!! Easy, too.

Rub-
1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
generous pinch or two of salt
garlic and chili powder (I used about a tablespoon of each)

Rub a 2 pound pork butt with the rub and marinate it overnight. Then put it in a crockpot with the following ingredients and run it low and slow.... It is sooooo good!

1 large onion sliced
3 cloves garlic, smashed
2 Cups apple cider vinegar

You will love it, especially with cole slaw.

My figures in the future

Because showing my figures might be against the policy of AdSense, I have removed all drawings and sculptures that might have been construed as offensive.

I sincerely apologize to anyone I may have made uncomfortable by showing my artwork. I don't consider my pieces lewd in any fashion, so I didn't think they were offensive. However, if this is not the case, then by all means, let me know and I will remove them immediately, and forever. I am a very moral person, and I didn't feel like I was being controversial in showing my work! The figures were based on classical art pieces, the kind that would be seen in a museum ~~~ NOT pornography!!!

For those of you who may be interested, I have posted some more of my art in my gallery.

Happy Earth Day

I hope everyone had a nice Easter. I can't believe how fast this year is whizzing by. Seems like I am chasing my own tail most of the time. I guess that isn't too uncommon in these hectic times.

And I know because we all lead those hectic lives, you most likely don't want to hear about something else you should be doing, so I won't get on my soapbox and start preaching. But today is Earth Day, and no matter how you feel about us so called "tree-huggers" I think we can all agree that there has to be something we can do to stem all the pollution, clutter, water destruction, etc. that plagues this planet. If we all did some small things to change our habits, it would make such an impact on these problems! They are painless changes. You've all heard about them, especially in recent times, so I won't be repeating them. Just do it, it will make everything better in the long run! Thank you.
