The last vestiges of Summer have begun to fade away here. It has been raining lightly for 2 days, with the promise of much, much more to come. Ahhh, such is living in a rainforest. Rain starts in late September or early October, and won't end until May. But right now it is heaven.
The air is crisp, clear, and starting to get cold. The sunsets have changed from the vibrant reds and pinks of summer; to ambers, golds, and turquoises mixed with the black velvet clouds. A sunset on the beach during this time of year is truly inspiring. The dried up grass is green again almost overnight.
Enjoy it now, because it won't last.
