2014/365 Day Art Challenge, day 25

Today I worked on some more cross stitch, I tried to make a piece without a pattern, completely off the top of my head. I have a religious friend, and thought this might be a good pattern for a bookmark for a bible. I'm not sure this one is up to par for a gift, maybe I will keep it for a prototype. But I was really pleased with the fact it went together so easily. Sometimes you get lucky!
